CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how you can cancel your order with House of Inchara.

Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us via email at houseofinchara@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page, mentioning your order details.

Refunds

Once the cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the required details.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made sarees cannot be cancelled.

Important Note

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the order status. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

House of Inchara delivers across all serviceable pin codes in India. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. Additionally, as a token of appreciation for choosing instant payment, all Prepaid orders receive an automatic ₹100 Discount at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will reach out via WhatsApp or Phone to confirm the order before dispatch to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Order Dispatch

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed regarding updated timelines.

Order Delivery

Within India:
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 5–7 working days. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally be affected due to unforeseen circumstances or operational delays.

Once your saree is on its way, we will share a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey to your home.

EXCHANGE | RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY

Timeframe

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
  • If the customer still wants an exchange, they need to pay for shipping.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Payment Terms

  • If exchanging for a product of the same value, no additional payment is required.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid.
  • If exchanging for a lower-value product, the balance amount will be refunded.

Delivery

Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

How to Request

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details via our official support channel (WhatsApp/Email).

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on orders once placed.

However, returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.

Conditions

  • The issue must be reported and a return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory as proof.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
