EXCHANGE POLICY
Timeframe
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
- If the customer still wants an exchange, they need to pay for shipping.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Payment Terms
- If exchanging for a product of the same value, no additional payment is required.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid.
- If exchanging for a lower-value product, the balance amount will be refunded.
Delivery
Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order details via our official support channel (WhatsApp/Email).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on orders once placed.
However, returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.
Conditions
- The issue must be reported and a return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory as proof.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
